As per the latest Bollywood news published on Zapkey.com, Raj Kundra has transferred his properties including a Juhu mansion to his wife Shilpa Shetty.
The businessman was detained for a month in connection with a pornographic case has transferred properties worth 38.5 crore to his wife and actress Shilpa Shetty.
The documents received in this case revealed that he actually moved a total of 5 properties in the Ocean View building in Juhu.
In addition to the above, Kundra also moved his entire basement to his wife’s name.
All the above transferred properties are believed to cost at Rs 65,000 per sq ft. Well, this is a huge amount and the businessman is already aware of this before moving them.
