As per the latest update, Raghava Lawrence has refuted speculations regarding Mrunal Thakur’s role in Kanchana 4, affirming that any official announcements will be made by Ragavendra Production.

Mrunal, who’s known for her spectacular portrayals in Hi Nanna and Sita Ramam, was last spotted opposite Vijay Deverakonda in Family Star has a number of future projects alongside Huma Qureshi and Siddhant Chaturvedi.

There has been quite a buzz on social media regarding the casting of Mrunal Thakur opposite Raghava Lawrence in Kanchana 4.

But the makers have taken the decision and denied the above development.

Mrunal, started her acting career in television before moving on to films. Within a short span of time, the actress achieved immense success with significant roles in South Indian cinema, including Hi Nanna and Sita.

As per the speculation, the actress would now be part of the esteemed Kanchana franchise. However, it was Raghav who took to social media on Sunday to clarify, “Hi friends, the details on social media regarding Kanchana 4 and its casting are merely rumors. Stay tuned for the upcoming official announcement to be made in this regard.”

The actress looks quite excited to anticipate her film Pooja Meri Jaan, where she shares the screen with Huma Qureshi.

Directed by Vipasha Arvind and Navjot Gulati, the film has finished shooting a while back. Despite this, it has not been released yet.
