Bollywood has always been inspirational and has made several films from other industries like Tollywood and Kollywood in the past. Just like many other films of different genres, another Tollywood movie is going to make its way to Bollywood.
It all happened in its own sequence. Recently, it was announced that Prabhas starrer Chatrapathi will soon be remade in Bollywood, it paved the way to many other Tollywood films to be made in Bollywood.
The recent buzz is that Surender Reddy’s Oosaravelli (2011) starring JR NTR and Tamannaah Bhatia will also be remade in Hindi language.
In order to start the project, it’s been reveled that a team of writers are hired to work on the script with this Hindi remake. The remake to Oosaravelli will also get a proper star cast from Bollywood as well.
This is what the producer S Taurani believes. He thinks that Oosaravelli will be a great fit to Hindi movie lovers. And this is how the decision to remake the film in Hindi was taken.
When asked about the details from the producer, this is what he has to say, The story of Oosaravelli works well in Hindi too so we decided to remake it. It has done extremely well in Telugu so we’re confident about the remake as well. We will announce it officially pretty soon.”
After Oosaravelli was first released in the year 2011, it was appreciated by the masses. The fans specially liked the performance of JR NTR and Tamannaah Bhatia.
As per the film’s plot, JR NTR is playing the character of a rowdy from Mumbai named Tony. He takes a decision to help Niharika whose family was killed by the antagonist.
The success of this movie in 2011 is also owed to writers Vakkantam Vamsi and Koratala Siva who are credited to make the film a sensational action thriller that people loved to watch.
One of the best scenes of Oosaravelli that people still remember is the entry scene of JR NTR that still looks the best in today’s perspective.
As per the latest Bollywood news, many other films from like HIT, Vinayakudu and Jersey will also have their respective Hindi remakes very soon.
