War Box Office Collection Day 1– As it was being expected that Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan starrer is going to do something remarkable at the box office, the results have come out just as per the expectations.
The action thriller has minted a thundering Rs 53.35 crore at the box office on the opening day itself. The figure looks quite impressive at the very first sight. Taking this forward, the film is expected to perform even better in the coming days.
Taran Adarsh who is a well known trade expert was the first to tweet the film’s opening day collection through his Twitter handle.
This is what he tweeted, “War collection day 1- Rs 51.60 crore, Telugu, Tamil- Rs 1.75 crore. Total Rs 53.35 crore. Total screens- 4000 which is the highest opener for a Hindi film so far. India biz.”
The Bollywood film also opened with highest opening day collection on a national holiday. It was the highest day 1 collection for a Hrithik film as well. The film stars Ashutosh Rana, Vaani Kapoor and Anupriya Goenka in their pivotal roles.
As per the War box office collection day 1, Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer movie collects a whopping Rs 53.35 crore.
Now, if you look at some of the most popular reviews from Indian Express, then the film managed to get only 2 star rating by their film critic Shubhra Gupta. This is what Shubra wrote in her exclusive review, “The film War just lies between the two main characters that are Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan. Although, the action thriller is loaded with a lengthy star cast, but the plot revolves only to these two from the beginning till the end. And so, it looks so brawny and ripped to present such a plot in front of the audience and expect something good out of it.”
War is produced under the Yash Raj Films banner and was released on October 2, 2019.
Now, as far as the performance of War goes, it might face some stiff competition ahead, especially in the presence of two films being released.
One is the multi lingual movie Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and the other one is the long awaited Hollywood movie titled Joker.
