Raj Kundra Pornography Case: It looks like Raj Kundra has surrounded with troubles all over. Ever since he was arrested in connection with the pornography case, he has failed to get any respite either from the police or court.

As the case is being progressed, fresh trouble is inviting the businessman. It’s been learnt that as many as four employees of Viaan industries may turn witness against him.

As per the top CBI sources, Viaan industries employees may turn witness against him as he’s not co-operating in the ongoing investigation.

You might remember how Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19 in connection to the pornography case along with 10 others. After the arrest, Kundra was sent to the police custody till July 23 which was extended till July 27 by the court.

Raj Kundra happens to be the husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty. The problem with Kundra so far has been that he’s not being nice to the investigation team and trying to disrupt the investigation by not replying to them in the adequate manner.

In the meanwhile, Dilip Walse-Patil, who’s the Home Minister of Maharashtra has stated that he will not spare anyone involved in this matter.

The Mumbai police earlier submitted its report to the court stating that the 45 year old businessman is making money illegally by creating and selling pornographic material for quite some time.

Taking the action, Mumbai police has seized Kundra’s mobile phone and other electronic devices to collect evidences against him.

Raj Kundra may also face charges of money laundering and also violating the Foreign Exchange rules. As per the recent updates, ED (Enforcement Directorate) is likely to register fresh case against him.

As per the sources, ED may register cases against Kundra that may fall under Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

People close to the investigating agency also say that ED may take the appropriate step forward after July 26, 2021.

Police is investigating the case in its own ways. At the moment, they are probing a UK based company named “Kenrin”.

The company owns the alleged HotShots app. It’s the same application where the porn content was published.

Poonam Pandey, who’s a well known actress and model had filed a police complaint against Kundra in 2019 for alleged theft and fraud.

She alleged that Kundra had approached her related to the HotShots app. But when she refuted his offer, he leaked her personal mobile number with objectionable messages.
