Late Om Puri’s last film was titled Rambhajjan Zindabad which has now been changed to Omprakash Zindabad. The title of the movie has been changed to mark a tribute to the late actor. Well, the film will now be released with the changed title on December 18, 2020.
The film is directed by Ranjeet Gupta and produced by Ranjeet Gupta. The detailed cast of Omprakash Zindabad includes the names like Zakir Hussain, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Ishtiyak Khan, Khushboo Kamal and Jagdeep in their pivotal roles.

Khalid Kidwai who is credited to have produced the film reveals that ever since the film was made, it came up with several issues. It all happened when the censor board didn’t pass the film and then the bad news of the demise of the legendary actor.
Kidwai further stated that his team has now got a green signal to release the film in theatres. But again, the film was put on hold due to COVID-19 pandemic. Finally, after waiting for so long, the film is about to hit theatres on December 18.
The producer thanked Panorama Studio for all the contribution. He said the film is totally dedicated to Om Puri and due to this, its name has been changed to Omprakash Zindabad.
In the end, Khalid Kidwai said that he hope that this film will get all the praise from the audience. It will be a tribute to all the legendary actors who are not with us.

Om Puri was a great legendary actor who is also known as Om Prakash Puri. In his entire life span, he enacted in as many as 163 films.
He was a true professional whose work is admired both in commercial movies as well as in art cinema. The late actor had also appeared in some Hollywood projects as well.
