Kick Clarifies Rumors, Says No Partnership Exists With Xbox

A few days ago, we all witnessed a post that talked about a probable collaboration between Kick and Xbox, huge reactions started pouring in from different sources.

After the post became viral on social media, Xbox and Microsoft disapproved any such partnerships between them. A statement was soon made official on Twitter against the response of a user who pointed out the controversy of Kick.

After the controversy it created, the brand account of Xbox simply denied any kind of partnership it had and stated that it managed to publish its application on xbox stores quite independently.

The company later clarified and stated that they are currently evaluating the above as per their store policies.

KICK is basically a popular live streaming platform where different creators are allowed to kick it according to their communities. In that regard, we along with our creators tend to follow the self guided path by challenging the very status quo with a game-changing 95–5 subscription model.

They further stated that their incentive driven program for creators along with multi-streaming policy, have attracted including MaxHolloway, Asmongold, xQc, to LICK

Allegations Took Shape After a Believable Piece of Merchandise Appeared

Xbox, regarding the above controversy maintained its statement that they are not in any kind of partnership with Kick at the moment. It all happened after Kick shared a kind of custom kick xbox console that looked complete with both company logos

And now, it looks as if it was a self hype merchandise. Whiule this is the case, Xbox never argued to have moved away from any such collaboration with any other creator.

When it was scrutinized, it revealed that there never emerged any sort of delisted application right from the storefront. Well, it’s now to be checked if the present case becomes the first one to be deleted mainly because of violating policies of the program. But one thing is quite clear which is that Kick and Xbox are not in any sort of partnership at the moment.
