Recently, Karan shared his emotional journey, navigating his daughter’s health crisis alongside the demanding schedule of the film “Fighter,” where he starred alongside Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone.

During an interview with India Today, Karan openly discussed the seriousness of the situation, acknowledging his struggle with the fear and uncertainty surrounding Devi’s surgery. He remarked, “Being away during that time was incredibly difficult for me. I didn’t handle it well at all. I felt completely overwhelmed. I believe it’s because of Bipasha (Basu) that… I managed to endure it and still be here today. Because, honestly, I felt that facing death would have been easier than going through that. I vividly recall when we were at the hospital, preparing to entrust Devi to the doctors for surgery. It felt as though I had lost control of my body and emotions.”
He acknowledged his wife, actress Bipasha Basu, for her unwavering strength and resilience, stating, “She’s a lioness, man! My wife… She’s incredibly strong. But once she became a mother, she’s just like a freaking god.”
Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover has been married since 2016, welcomed Devi into their lives in November 2022.
