In the latest episode of Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega, it shows how Antara is looking for everyone to get the attention of everyone and taste the food that she has prepared for everyone in the house. But no one agrees to come to her and taste the food except Alisha.
This is when Gudden takes charge of the events taking place and tries to convince everyone to at least try and taste the food that she has prepared for everyone.

After this comes to an end, Alisha then decides to leave the house in the company of Antara. It’s because she is there as a guest.

Now, here comes the main twist when Antara stabs Alisha with an injection just before the latter is about to leave. And this leads Alisha stumble her way downstairs and dies before she is able to declare truth about Antara.
Later in the episode of Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega, it showcases Antara sitting near the poolside. She’s busy mourning the sudden demise of her daughter Alisha.
At the same time, Guddan comes in and tries to console her. She says that it is quite hard to lose a daughter.
In her response, Antara says that Alisha was her real daughter that has made her badly hurt.
Later in the show, it depicts how Guddan wants to clarify from Antara about the reason of killing Alisha.
In her response, Antara says that she not only killed Aisha but will now do everything to ruin both the lives of her and Akshat.
