Gippy Grewal Discloses Laal Singh Chaddha Role Was First Offered to His Son Shinda

Popular Punjabi star Gippy Grewal has disclosed that Aamir Khan starrer Laal Singh Chaddha role was first offered to his son Shinda. He further disclosed why his son denied to do the role.

At present, Aamir Khan is going busy to promote his upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha that stars Mona Singh, Naga Chaitanya, Kareena Kapoor, and Aamir Khan in their respective pivotal roles.

The film has rally got a hype ever since it was slated for release. Another reason why the film got the attention is because it happens to be a Hindi adaption to a Hollywood movie titled Forrest Gump.

Gippy Grewal further revealed to a renowned publication that his son was first offered the role in the film to pay the character of junior Laal.

Gippy Grewal’s Son Denied to Do the Role of Laal Singh Chaddha

But it could not worked out. He revealed that his son was first offered the role. But according to the script, he had to cut his hair to justify the role. This is the reason why he denied the role.

After that the makers took Ahmad Ibn Umar to play the role of young Aamir Khan in the film.

This is what the actor spoke about the film, “I know the story of the film as we have translated most of the dialogues in the film into Punjabi. I am expecting so much from this film.” he said.
