Dabangg 3 Box Office Collection Day 2- Salman Khan’s Film Collects Rs 49.25 Crore

The film was released on December 20. As per the Dabangg 3 box office collection day 2, the film managed to collect Rs 24.75 crore that doesn’t look quite overwhelming.

This is because Salman Khan Films usually fair well soon after their release.


Now, this time, the situation has been quite different all the way which is mainly due to the ongoing nationwide protests regarding CAB.



As per an update given by the trade expert Taran Adarsh, “The film could not perform well as expected due to the ongoing incidences of violence all across the country. This is how it managed to collected a modest Rs 24.75 crore on day 2. However, biz should see improvements on day 3 (Sunday). Total collection after day 2- Rs 49.25 crore”

Now, if you look at the current tweets made by Taran, he clearly stated that Salman Khan’s film managed to rake in Rs 24.5 crore on day 1. This is what he posted on his Twitter account, “Dabangg 3 Friday collection stood Rs 24.5 crore- all versions..”

Prior to that, Adarsh posted that Salman Khan’s film showed some great collections on day 1 and managed to touch the mark of Rs 20 crore. Thanks to the star power of the actor.

He further pointed out that the film could have made far more than what it has scored right now. And it all happened due to the ongoing protests.

In other words, it looks like the film has been affected by CAA protests in one or the other way as it clearly shows by looking at the film’s collection on day 1.

Here, we would like to remind you that Dabangg 3 happens to be the 3rd instalment of the Dabangg franchise.

The film’s plot is all about an intrepid cop and stars Sonakshi Sinha, Sai Manjrekar, Salman Khan and Sudeep along with Pramod.
