Initially scheduled for January 18 and 19, 2025, at DY Patil Sports Stadium in Mumbai, a 3dr show has now been added on January 21 due to the high demand for tickets.

Coldplay updated fans via their official X account, announcing, “Due to incredible demand, a third Mumbai show has been added at DY Patil Stadium on 21 January 2025,” as shared in a post on their social media.

Fans have been looking forward to Coldplay’s return since their last concert in 2016, and this news is bound to increase their excitement.

The fervor among admirers is reflected in the memes trending on social media. One fan wrote on X, “Someone at work actually created a floor plan of DY Patil Stadium in AutoCAD to study the seating arrangements #Coldplay #architecture.”

Coldplay will not only perform several songs from their Album of the Year-nominated Music of the Spheres and new singles like ‘We Pray’ and ‘feelslikeimfallinginlove‘ from their forthcoming album Moon Music, but also a selection of fan favorites such as ‘Yellow’, ‘The Scientist’, ‘Clocks’, ‘Fix You’, ‘Viva La Vida’, ‘Paradise’, ‘A Sky Full of Stars’, and ‘Adventure of a Lifetime’.

To enhance accessibility, the band will provide a limited number of ‘Infinity Tickets’ priced at approximately €20 (around Rs 2000). These will be available for purchase starting November 22, 2024, allowing fans to buy them in pairs to enjoy the concert together.

After it was first launched in the year 2022, the ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour‘ has sold over 10 million tickets internationally. The next shows are set to be held in Abu Dhabi, Seoul, and Hong Kong.
