Kartik Aaryan has made everyone surprised after shedding his body fat to such an extent that he looks completely changed.

In order to perfectly fit into the character of Chandu Champion, the Bollywood star managed to transform his body as per requirement.

It all happened when Aaryan decided to go for his physical transformation where he needed to shed his body fat from 39% to a lean 7% within a time span of 14 months, which is incredible.

Recently, Kartik Aaryan shared his completely lean body on social media where fans can really find the difference.

This is what he said while sharing his recent picture, “Going from 39% body fat to just 7%! From battling insomnia to embracing fitness, it’s been a remarkable journey of eighteen months for me.”

In order to completely transform his body, Aaryan never remain dependent on gym. Instead, he completely transformed his lifestyle. His change echoed the path of the character he plays, Paralympic athlete Murlikant Petkar.

Chandu Champion signifies Aaryan’s debut in the sports biopic realm, narrating the tale of Murlikant Petkar, a Paralympic athlete who conquered various hurdles to attain athletic excellence. Directed by Kabir Khan, the film is slated to a theatrical release on June 14, 2024.
