It all happened when Shiloh legally filed to drop the last name of her father Brad Pitt. The whole incident gave Pitt a huge emotional blow. The trend is likely to be followed by other children from ex-wife Angelina Jolie.
Brad Pitt Said to Be Heartbroken As His Daughter Shiloh Chose Not to Use His Last Name Any Longer
Shiloh, who recently tuned 18 happens to be the first among other children to have taken this step. After Shiloh decided to drop his last name, it marked a continuing trend among Jolie-Pitt children.
This is what it said, Pitt has been quite aware and upset regarding the recent and ugly developments in the family.
As per the reports pouring in, Brad Pitt is really upset after Shiloh took a final decision to drop his last name. In fact, the actor never felt more joy than when his daughter was born. It’s because he always wanted to have a daughter.
The sudden and abrupt development took place as a surprise. The decision of Shiloh came shortly after her younger sister Vivienne also decided to drop “Pitt” as her surname. The above incident is troubling Brad as he can’t afford to have a distance with both the daughters.
And so, the report from Insider says, “The fact that he has lost both his daughters is not going to be easy for him. Not only he loves his children but also misses them as well. It’s so sad.
After Shiloh has legally filed to drop ‘Pitt’, she will now be Shiloh Jolie. She’s actually a part of 6 children including twins Knox and Vivienne, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, and Maddox, 22.
The decision to drop Pitt’s surname is indicative of a wider trend within the siblings. Zahara was the first out of other children to have dropped Jolie as her exclusive surname, a change that took place when she was introduced to her university as Zahara Marley Jolie.
