Ward Horton who’s also recognized as ‘The Gilded Age’ actor is known to have joined the most adventurous and mystery drama ‘Tom Swift’. He’s expected to play one of the lead roles.
Tom Swift happens to be the lead character based on adventure novels and science fiction that basically revolves around technology, invention and science.
It will be a ‘Nancy Drew’ spinoff where Horton will be seen in a major recurring role.
The report says that ‘Tom Swift’ will follow all the adventures of its billionaire inventor Tian Richards. The very fact that Richards has been thrown into a sci-fi conspiracy.
It all happens after the disappearance of his father that he has to deal with such an unexplained phenomena in the world of sci-fi conspiracy.
As per the latest Hollywood news, Ward Horton is expected to play the role of Congressman Nathan Eskol who has so much qualities like a shrewd powerbroker, charismatic, and a self-assured guy. He’s also a longtime friend of the Swift family as well.
It shows Horton to play the role of a much loved and respected politician having a hidden agenda which is soon to complicate Tom’s life.
The upcoming series has been created in the association with Cameron Johnson, Noga Landau and Melinda Hsu Taylor.
The series is reported to be hailed from Nancy Drew co-creators/executive producers like Stephanie Savage, Josh Schwartz along with their Fake Empire banner and CBS Studios.
