Sidharth Shukla left all of us in an untimely manner. The late actor’s demise is being mourned not only by the entertainment industry but across the nation.
He had a huge fan base due to his unique style of acting. Shukla earned his name and fame by featuring on a television show Balika Vadhu where he performed the role of Shivraj Shekhar.
Sidharth was featured opposite late actress Pratyusha Banerjee who performed the role of Anandi in the TV serial.
Today, Pratyusha’s father Shankar Banerjee has revealed that Shukla was always remained tense regarding their well being, especially after the demise of their daughter. He also revealed that Shukla had forcibly sent a sum of Rs 20,000 to him and his wife. In addition to this, he would always take care about their well being.
Shankar Banerjee, while conversing with a local news channel, he stated that Sidharth was always available to them and was in touch with them at any point of time, especially after Pratyusha’s demise in 2016.
He also said that both Shukla and Banerjee became close friends and would also visit their home as well. But after the latter’s demise, people started raising their voice regarding their relationship. And this is when he stopped visiting their place.
Pratyusha’s father also said that during the lockdown, Sidharth would constantly message him. The last message of Shukla was a month ago. He also enquired about any sort of help. This is when he forcibly sent Rs 20,000 to them.
The last rites of Sidharth Shukla was held at the Oshiwara crematorium on Friday in the presence of close family members and friends. Sidharth was survived by his old mother and two sisters with whom he used to spent his time.
