Tamil movies director Rathna Kumar always impressed the audience with his superior direction in films like ‘Aadai’ and ‘Meyaadha Maan’.
Not only that, he was also a part of the crucial project ‘Master’ (2021) and worked as co-writer in the film starring Thalapathy Vijay in the lead role.
Earlier in the month of May, he was tested positive for COVID-19 in the second wave of coronavirus. After completing 3 months of his recovery, he has now got the first shot of COVID-19 vaccine.

This is what he posted while sharing the picture of him getting the first dose of the vaccine, “3 months after recovering from Covid, got my 1st dose of Vaccine today. #GetVaccinated #COVID #CovidIsNotOver” (sic).
On the professional front, Rathna Kumar is presently working closly in the Kamal Haasan starrer ‘Vikram’. He’s working on the dialogue part of Lokesh Kanagraj’s next film.
Report says that Santhanam is looking fine with the effort of Rathna Kumar in delivering an impressive storyline to the film.
Right now, the crew is finalizing the cast which is going to be a comedy entertainer.
