Jared Leto Starrer Morbius to Hit Theatres On April 1, Film to Clash With John Abraham’s ‘Attack’

Morbius: Jared Leto Starrer Morbius is an upcoming superhero film which is going to hit theatres on April 1, 2022.

It was on Wednesday when the makers of the film chose to drop the official poster of the film. The poster looked exciting as it featured the lead cast of the film including Tyrese Gibson, Jared Harris, Adria Arjona and Matt Smith.

As per the latest Hollywood news, the film will not only hit theatres in the US on April 1, it will also have a grand release in India as well. The superhero film will hit screens in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and English languages.




Morbius was earlier scheduled for release on January 28 in theatres. But it had to be postponed due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases due to the Omicron variant of the coronavirus.

The latest report suggests that Morbius will clash with Bollywood actor John Abraham’s ‘Attack’. It’s also being said that Akshay Kumar’s ‘Prithviraj’ will also have the same release date.

Morbius is basically an American superhero film which will feature the Marvel comic character Morbius. The role of Michael Morbius is being played by Jared Leto.

The film shows him as a Nobel Prize-winning biochemist who works hard to cure a rare type of blood disorder using an experimental treatment. The treatment involves electroshock therapy and bats. After his experiments are completed, it makes him develop vampiric qualities.

The film, on Spider-Man’s nemesis was earlier scheduled to premiere in 2020. But the entire project had to be delayed a number of times due to the pandemic.
