Doob: No Bed of Roses is a Bangladeshi film featuring Nusrat Imrose Tisha and Irfan Khan (in lead roles).

The film is directed by Mostofa Sarwar Farooki. The poster that was recently released seems quite interesting in its first look.

You might be wondering what the movie is all about. Well, the film revolves around two families that realize their compassion only after the demise of their patriarch.

Another thing that is bulging out is that the film is based on the life of Humayun Ahmed. Initially, it was thought to be another biopic but was simply denied by the director saying it should not be called as a biopic.

Irfan was last seen in Madari where he was praised for his splendid performance. Doob has been shot at several places in Bangladesh that include Dhaka, Sylhet and Chittagong Hill areas.

Irfan Khan, who was last praised in Inferno said that he was not sure about what happened as he was not aware about the recent developments going on in this regard.

He was unaware about the script that was initially considered for an approval by BFDC (Bangladesh Film Development Corporation).

The entire film even screened before BFDC and at last, awarded a NOC (No Objection Certificate).

But this Irfan Khan new movie was later denied permission to screen in Bangladesh.

Now, a lot of rules apply if the ban gets imposed by a country. Since the film has been co-produced at international levels, it will not be able to approach anywhere, including the Censor Board without a certificate from BFDC.

Well, the director of the movie knows this all and will deal all the issues coming its way.
