The Colors drama “Doree” has been capturing the audience’s attention with its engaging mix of entertainment and emotional depth, following the captivating journey of six-year-old Doree, played by Mahi Bhanushali.
The storyline is set to take a thrilling turn with the arrival of actor Moon Banerrjee, who will play the role of Maya, seeking revenge against Kailashi Devi, also known as Sudha Chandran.
While her friendship with Agni seems genuine, her true intentions remain unknown to Amar Upadhyay, also known as Agni.

The character of Maya is anticipated to be cunning and opportunistic, poised to create chaos in Kailashi Devi’s life.
She is convinced that her friendship with Agni will aid her in achieving her goal of seeking revenge against Kailashi Devi.
Moon Banerrjee expressed her excitement about her role in Doree, saying, “I’m glad to be working with Colors again, and I’m excited to play a new character in Doree. This will be my third show with the channel. I’ll be playing the role of Maya, who is considered a negative character, but she’s expected to add a lot of drama and depth to the story. I’m thrilled to play a negative character on screen after 18 years, and I hope the audience will welcome me warmly.”
As per the storyline, Maai challenges Kailashi Devi’s wrongful allegations against Doree in court. However, when the judge asks Maai to reveal her face, she refuses to comply with the order.
Later, at the haveli, Anand celebrates Kailashi Devi’s win, while Mansi feels saddened by Doree’s loss. Meanwhile, Maai discloses that she is the real Kailashi, prompting Doree to gather evidence against Kailashi for her father’s murder. Audiences are eagerly awaiting to see if Doree will be able to prove Kailashi Devi and Anand’s crime.
Doree is shown on Colors from Monday to Sunday at 9:00 pm.
