Chhaava Day 26 Box Office: Vicky Kaushal’s Film Sees a Drop on Tuesday, But Holi Weekend Could Revive Sales, Reaching Rs 530.95 Crore
Chhaava Box Office Day 26: As the Hindi film industry continues to face challenges, Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava has emerged as a major success.
The film is the first significant hit of 2025, holding steady in its fourth week despite a slight dip in weekday collections. With the Holi holiday around the corner, Chhaava is expected to pick up momentum once again.
After the end of the 3rd week, Chhaava accumulated Rs 84.05 crore in domestic earnings.
The film experienced a notable boost over the weekend, with a 91% rise in collections, Rs 16.75 crore on Saturday and Rs 10.75 crore on Sunday. However, during the following weekdays, the earnings dropped considerably, with a 44% decrease on Monday, resulting in Rs 6 crore.
The above decline continued on Tuesday, with a further Rs 5.15 crore added, bringing the film’s total domestic revenue to Rs 530.95 crore. On Tuesday, the film recorded a Hindi occupancy of 10.84% and a Telugu occupancy of 15.12%.
By Monday, Chhaava had amassed Rs 700 crore worldwide, and reports indicate it reached Rs 712.5 crore by Tuesday. The film has maintained a steady box office performance without facing substantial competition.

While John Abraham’s The Diplomat is set to hit theaters on March 14, it doesn’t seem poised to create a significant threat to Chhaava’s continued success.
The audience can see the character of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj in Chhaava played by Vicky Kaushal, honored the Maratha warrior on Tuesday. Sharing a still from the movie, he wrote, “11th March 1689 – the day of Shambhu Raje’s sacrifice.

Directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Maddock Films, Chhaava boasts a talented cast featuring Rashmika Mandanna, Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana, and Divya Dutta in significant roles.
