Rashmika who last featured in Pushpa opposite Allu Arjun revealed her fitness, nutrition, diet and workouts that she relies upon

Rashmika's Fitness Regime – One hour of Cardio exercise – 20 minutes of jogging – 20 minutes of exclusive flip and handstand exercise

– Weight Lifting to tone her muscles – Swimming once a week – 20 minutes of kick-boxing - Undergoing regular Yoga sessions

Diet Routine Rashmika drinks 1 liter of water after she wakes up. Post her work out, she takes boiled egg whites and protein shake.

Breakfast At breakfast, Rashmika takes egg white omelet and one glass of apple cider to make her fit and healthy.

Lunch At lunch, the actress takes home cooked South Indian meal along with rice. She takes restricted diet at lunch.

Evening Snack She likes to have sweet potato fries with cinnamon as evening snack to make it a perfect snack.

Dinner At dinner, Rashmika likes to have vegetable soup or raw fruits. This way, she’s able to have a balanced diet throughout the day.
