Ranveer Singh Purchases A Quadruplex Worth Rs 119 Crore, Becomes SRK’s Neighbor
Ranveer has purchased a sea-view quadruplex in the renowned residential tower Sagar Resham on Bandstand in Mumba Bandra West
With the above purchase, it has become one of the costliest deals for a single residential apartment in the country
The quadruplex is spread up to 4 floors, having a total of 11,266 sq ft carpet area along with another 1,300 sq ft exclusive terrace
The original cost of the deal happened in 1 lakh per sq ft, which seems in line with the current property rates in the local area
Abhishek Kiran Gupta, CEO of the CRE Matrix & Index tap stated the belt covering Bandra-Juhu has been favorite for cine stars
He said that his team didn’t get surprise with the deal as Bandstand location happens to be the most sought location for cine stars
The deal was held at a ₹1 lakh per sq. ft. where the property rates are surging, it closed as per the current property rates
The purchase made by Ranveer has made the neighbor of SRK as his apartment is located near Mannat (SRK’s bungalow)
