Interestingly, the pirated website Tamilrockers stealthily posted one of the pictures of the film right on their online web portal.

Nerkonda Paarvai happens to be one of the biggest releases in Kollywood in 2019. This film has been directed by H. Vinoth and is produced by Boney Kapoor. The film stars some well known faces of the industry including Andrea Tariang, Srinath and Abhirami Venkatachalam.

Even before the release of this film, the makers decided to organize a grand show in Singapore. In the presence of huge gathering, the makers not only premiered the show but also screened the entire film in Chennai exclusively for the press on August 6, 2019.

After the film was screened foe the first time even before its release, the makers witnessed loads of excited faces from the audience.

 

It looked quite clear that most of the audience not just liked the film but also enjoyed it watching. As per the reports poured in, people mainly liked the performance of Ajith in the movie.

But none of them diverted their attention and decided to take any sort of action. Instead, they started shooting a few clips of the movie secretly at the time of screening and eventually leaked the film online.

As per the latest reports, hundreds of low quality clips are consistently being circulated over the Internet and makers are trying hard to pull them down. Now, this is to be seen if the makers are able to take any sort of action against those who specifically leaked the film online.

After this happened, Boney Kapoor had no other option but to approach the court to grant a stay order against all such pirated websites that are into the business of leaking Tamil films online without the legal permission from the makers. Well, this was done mainly to stop the piracy of films.

The film always received positive reviews both from the critics and fans who got a chance to watch the film in Chennai and Singapore.

The film is more like a social drama that opened for the first time in front of the audiences was appreciated by them. As per the trade expert Kaushik LM, Nerkonda Paarvai managed to collect Rs 1.58 crore in Chennai alone.

 

The numbers are quite inspiring considering the fact that it opened on a working day. This is also the best collection of a film in Chennai in 2019 so far.

In Tamilnadu region, the film also received a great response. As per an estimate, the film can collect up to Rs 25 crore in TN.

 

Nerkonda Paarvai is also creating waves in the US as well. It’s because the film was also opened in the US and collected Rs 20 lakh ($16,915) on its very first day. The film actually witnessed a great boost after the makers decided to screen it before the official release.
