The film starts with Jagdishwar Mishra (Akshay Kumar) who works as a sidekick of a prominent lawyer in Kanpur. He lives his life driven by a plethora of ambitions and in order to fulfill them, he hoodwinks a young pregnant widow named Hina Siddique (Sayani Gupta) to help her for justice.
Soon, Akshay pulls out the murder case of that lady’s husband. But she kills herself as soon as she realizes that he is no more than a fraud. Now, at this point, Jolly has nothing except guilt along with a case in his hands. Jolly is now looking out for justice more than anyone else.
